Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Ufone ESG platform (“UF ESG”, “ESG” or the “Service”), provided by Pak Telecommunication Mobile Limited (“PTML”, “Ufone”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), to registered subscribers in Pakistan. By subscribing to and using UF ESG, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any amendments made from time to time.

1. Definitions

Authority
means the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) or any other regulatory authority empowered under the laws of Pakistan.
ESG Credits
means virtual credits earned by a User through participation in challenges, tournaments, or other activities within the UF ESG platform.
User
means any individual who subscribes to and uses UF ESG.
Game Account ID
means a unique identifier assigned to a player account in any supported game (e.g., PUBG, Minecraft, Fortnite).

2. Eligibility

Use of UF ESG is restricted to individuals who:

  1. Are residents of Pakistan;
  2. Have subscribed to UF ESG through authorized subscription channels; and
  3. Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

3. Compliance with Laws & Regulations

Users acknowledge that Ufone ESG operates in accordance with the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including but not limited to directives and regulations issued by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA). Users agree to comply with all such laws and regulations while using Ufone ESG.

4. ESG Credits Redemption Process

4.1 Earning ESG Credits

Users may earn ESG Credits by participating in challenges, weekly tournaments, or other activities as specified in the Ufone ESG website or mobile application.

4.2 Redemption

ESG Credits may be redeemed for items and rewards listed on the Ufone ESG platform. ESG Credits hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or monetary equivalents.

4.3 Amendments to Redemption Mechanics

  • The number of ESG Credits required for redemption;
  • The types of rewards available; and
  • The procedures and timelines for redemption.

No prior notice is required for such changes.

4.4 Game Account ID Policy

  • Each Game Account ID may be linked to only one Ufone ESG user account.
  • The use of the same Game Account ID across multiple mobile numbers or accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • The platform will restrict or block attempts to re-link a Game Account ID to another account.
  • Violation may result in termination of the user account and blacklisting from the platform.

4.5 No Contractual Rights

Redemption opportunities do not create a contractual entitlement. Rewards are subject to availability, change, or withdrawal at any time without liability.

4.6 ESG’s Discretion

All decisions by Ufone ESG regarding redemption are final, binding, and not subject to appeal.

4.7 Fair Use Policy

Users shall use the Ufone ESG platform, its services, and the ESG Credits redemption system in a fair, lawful, and non-abusive manner. Any activity intended to exploit, manipulate, or circumvent the intended operation of the platform, including but not limited to account farming, fraudulent gameplay submissions, use of automated scripts or bots, creation of multiple accounts for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage, or any conduct deemed detrimental to the integrity of Ufone ESG, is strictly prohibited. Ufone ESG reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to investigate suspected violations, suspend or terminate offending accounts, revoke ESG Credits, and take any other remedial action permitted under applicable law.

4.8 Right to Decline Redemption Requests

Ufone ESG reserves the sole and absolute right to decline, refuse, or reject any redemption request at its discretion, without providing any reason or prior notice. Users acknowledge and agree that Ufone ESG shall not be held liable, in contract, tort, or otherwise, for any loss, damage, or claim arising from the refusal or rejection of any redemption request.

5. Account Termination

Ufone ESG may, without prior notice, suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms, including but not limited to:

  • Fraudulent activity;
  • Attempting to exploit or misuse the redemption system;
  • Violation of the Game Account ID Usage Policy.

6. No Obligation to Conduct Tournaments

Ufone ESG reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to organize, host, or conduct any tournaments at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Users acknowledge and agree that ESG shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, cost, or inconvenience arising from the non-conduct of any tournament.

7. Force Majeure

Ufone ESG shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of its obligations under these Terms that is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, epidemic, pandemic, war, terrorism, civil commotion, government actions, labor disputes, or internet or telecommunications failures.

8. User Conduct

8.1. Users shall use the Ufone ESG platform in a fair, lawful, and respectful manner at all times. In particular, users shall:

  • Treat other users, moderators, and Ufone ESG representatives with respect and courtesy;
  • Refrain from harassment, abusive language, offensive content, or any behavior that may harm or intimidate others;
  • Not exploit, manipulate, or interfere with the proper functioning of Ufone ESG, including but not limited to the use of bots, automated scripts, fraudulent gameplay submissions, or creation of multiple accounts for unfair advantage;
  • Violation may result in termination of the user account and blacklisting from the platform.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms while using the platform.

8.2. Ufone ESG reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to investigate suspected misconduct, suspend or terminate user accounts, revoke ESG Credits, restrict access to services, and take any other remedial action permitted under applicable law.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad.


Privacy Policy

1. Data Controller

For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, PTML is the controller of the personal information processed through Ufone ESG.

2. Definitions

Personal Information
Any information that directly or indirectly identifies an individual, including in combination with other data (e.g., name, phone number, email address, IP address, device identifiers, location data).
Log Data
System-generated information recorded when the Service is used.
Cookies
Small text files stored on a user’s device to collect and store certain information.

3. Compliance with Laws & Regulations

We collect, process, store, and disclose Personal Information in compliance with the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including directives and requirements of the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) and any other competent authority.

4. Information We Collect

4.1 Sign-up Information

When you register for Ufone ESG, we collect your mobile number, email address, profile picture, and password for authentication purposes.

4.2 Device & Technical Data

Device model, operating system, hardware specifications, IP address, and browser type.

4.3 Usage Data

Information about how you interact with Ufone ESG, including game statistics, feature usage, and activity history.

4.4 Transaction Data

Details of storage plans or subscriptions purchased via Ufone ESG. Transaction data may be used for value-added services and marketing (with your consent).

4.5 Log Data

In case of errors, Log Data such as IP address, device name, OS version, app configuration, time and date of use, and diagnostic data.

4.6 Cookies & Similar Technologies

Ufone ESG may use cookies or third-party libraries to enhance performance and functionality. You may choose to disable cookies, but certain features may not function properly.

4.7 Aggregated & Anonymized Data

We may aggregate and anonymize collected data for analytics, reporting, and service improvement.

5. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and maintain the Service;
  • Authenticate your account;
  • Process transactions and redemptions;
  • Improve user experience;
  • Send service-related notifications and updates;
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We will not sell your Personal Information. However, we may share your information:

  • With regulatory authorities as required by law;
  • With service providers under confidentiality obligations;
  • To protect our legal rights and prevent fraud.

7. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Information. However, no method of data transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Retention

We retain your Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.

9. Third-Party Links

Ufone ESG may contain links to external sites not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of such sites.

10. User Conduct

10.1. Users are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, lawful, and responsible manner when using Ufone ESG, including when interacting with any communication or data-sharing features of the platform.

10.2. Users shall not:

  • Share, upload, or transmit false, misleading, offensive, or unlawful information;
  • Harass, intimidate, or abuse other users or Ufone ESG representatives;
  • Engage in spamming of any kind, including unsolicited messages, repetitive submissions, or disruptive digital activity;
  • Misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the personal information of other users;
  • Circumvent, manipulate, or exploit the security, privacy, or data protection measures of Ufone ESG.

10.3. Ufone ESG reserves the right to monitor compliance with this clause and, where necessary, suspend or terminate accounts, restrict access, or report violations to the competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Ufone ESG platform and will take effect immediately upon posting.
